We have worked with Darlington Building Society for over 5 years, this year they decided to refresh their uniform. Our aim was creating a look their colleagues would be proud to wear, have a flexible and durable fabric that reflected the Darlington Building Society brand.

We worked with our designers creating initial uniform looks that would perform in their working environments, using stock supported garments adding in bespoke accessories to bring their vibrant brand colours to life. Our Business Development Manager then presented samples and a further PCL offering to the decision-making team at their head office.

As the uniform came to life and the range was agreed we came to site to facilitate sizing sessions, we completed all 70 wearers from 9 branches within 2 working days. The feedback from their staff was incredible, they had multiple styles to choose from accommodating all members of their teams, they felt what PCL brought to life was exactly what they wanted to come to work in.

Following this, each branch entered their team’s orders on their bespoke online ordering system allowing our Customer Service team to capture every detail for their individual man packs, they went live in October as planned looking fantastic!
